Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information will be activated within 24 hours.
Damages & Lost Packages
Caseboutiques is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
